Eric attained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2000 during his 15 years he spent as a Military Policeman in the U.S. Army. He also holds a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Server 2003 Certificate with both the Security and Messaging designations as well as a Microsoft Certified Trainer Certificate. Eric has years of IT systems implementation, support, and is a seasoned IT Instructor experienced in formal instruction and mentoring junior staff. Hired by Ambi International in early 2003 he typically trains 15-20 students monthly in locations around the world for the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer 2003 certification track. Over the past four plus years he has maintained a 95% passing rate for the 1000 plus students he has trained.
